Parent & Me playtime
(4 months - 3 years)
Our Parent & Me Playtime program offers a unique opportunity for parents and their little ones to bond and grow together through engaging, age-appropriate activities. These fun-filled sessions focus on early development, fostering social interaction, and introducing basic movement skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Tiny Tots
(Ages 3-5)
Our Tiny Tots program is tailored for young children ready to explore fitness in a more independent setting. Junior Explorers
(Ages 6-8)
Junior Explorers encourages kids to discover their physical capabilities by participating in a wide range of exciting activities. From team games, to yoga, this program focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, teamwork, and self-confidence.

Gymnastic Gems
(Ages 3-5)
Our Gymnastics Gems program offers a comprehensive and progressive approach to learning gymnastics. Children are grouped by age and skill level, allowing them to develop at their own pace while acquiring essential techniques, strength, and grace.

Dynamic Dancers
(Ages 5-12)
